Barber Lab & Co was established in 2023 by two long-time friends, Valentino and Ermand, who shared the same passion for barbering and modern hair culture.
After years of gaining experience across different barbershops in the UK, they decided to create their own space with a fresh vision — bringing a modern vibe and London-inspired barbering style to Southampton, something they felt was missing from the city.

Their shared passion for barbering brought them to the UK, where they continued developing their skills by working in different barbershops and gaining valuable industry experience. With a strong focus on precision and consistency, Valentino specialises in skin fades, taper fades, beard grooming, and classic gentlemen's hairstyles. His attention to detail and professional approach have helped him build a loyal client base over the years. Valentino is available in the shop 5 days a week and is always committed to delivering high-quality cuts tailored to each client.

His specialties include skin fades, beard work, modern mullets, and burst fades, while also enjoying working with classic longer hairstyles and textured cuts.
