Valentino is the co-founder of Barber Lab & Co and began his barbering journey alongside Ermand over 8 years ago. Their shared passion for barbering brought them to the UK, where they continued developing their skills by working in different barbershops and gaining valuable industry experience.

With a strong focus on precision and consistency, Valentino specialises in skin fades, taper fades, beard grooming, and classic gentlemen's hairstyles. His attention to detail and professional approach have helped him build a loyal client base over the years.

Valentino is available in the shop 5 days a week and is always committed to delivering high-quality cuts tailored to each client.

Ermand is the co-founder of Barber Lab & Co, created together with Valentino after gaining experience working in several barbershops across Southampton.

Passionate about modern barbering and high standards of service, Ermand helped build Barber Lab & Co with the vision of creating a welcoming space focused on quality, style, and attention to detail.

His specialties include skin fades, beard work, modern mullets, and burst fades, while also enjoying working with classic longer hairstyles and textured cuts. Known for his precision and creativity, Ermand takes pride in tailoring every haircut to suit each client's style and personality.

Steven brings over 10 years of barbering experience from the US, along with a strong passion for modern barbering and attention to detail.

Known in the shop as the fade specialist, he delivers clean blends and sharp finishes while also being highly skilled with longer hairstyles, modern mullets, and burst fades. His style combines American barbering influence with modern trends, giving clients fresh, tailored cuts that stand out.

Mike brings his Greek barbering style to Barber Lab & Co, with a real passion for clean fades, sharp beard work, and longer textured hairstyles.

He's known for his attention to detail and relaxed approach in the chair, making sure every client leaves with a haircut that suits them properly. Whether it's a sharp skin fade, beard tidy-up, or a more natural longer style, Mike always takes his time to get the finish right.

Andrew recently joined the Barber Lab & Co team after relocating to Southampton from Ukraine. With over 6 years of barbering experience, he brings a strong eye for detail and a modern approach to men's grooming.

His specialties include long hairstyles, scissor cuts, skin fades, and beard grooming, with a focus on precision, style, and creating a look that suits each client individually.

Andrew is available in the shop 5 days a week and is now welcoming new clients.
